2010 DOG TAX £500 FINE Owners of dogs who have not paid Dog Tax for the year 2010 are reminded by the Parish Constables that they are now guilty of an offence under The Dog Licences (Guernsey) Law, 1969 (as amended) and liable, on conviction to a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Pounds. Appropriate action will be taken by the Constables against anyone known to be keeping a dog without having paid the tax. If payment is made by post, a stamped addressed envelope must be enclosed.
