BRIAN JOHN TOSTEVIN —————— NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Brian John Tostevin late of Flat 3, Torteval Rectory in the parish of Torteval in the Island of Guernsey, who died on the 11th day of October 2009, and to whose estate Letters of Administration were granted by the Ecclesiastical Court of the Bailiwick of Guernsey on the 29th day of January 2010 to Advocate Michael Julian Riddiford, 'the Administrator', are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Advocate Michael Julian Riddiford whose address is Babbé, 18-20 Smith Street in the parish of Saint Peter Port in the Island of Guernsey on or before the 11th day of May 2010, after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice - the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law 1997.
